FEE INFORMATION FOR SERVICES

The Cattaraugus County Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse accepts most insurance plans. Call 716-373-4303 to find out about your particular insurance plan and about any applicable co-pays. Co-pays are due at the time of services.

Private pay for services is also accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for those who quality. However, no one is refused our services solely based on an inability to pay.
