EAP Services provides an employee assistance program (EAP) for businesses and institutions to address issues and situations which impact on the lives of employees thus affecting job performance. The goal of EAP Services is to address issues at the earliest stage possible through employee self-referral or referral for cause, and minimize the impact of personal issues on the lives and jobs of employees. Our Employee Assistance Program is a part of a community based organization with offices located in Olean, Salamanca, and Machias for your convenience.
